Shot ‘N’ Roll, the popular cinnamon roll maker, has made a big change in its operations. The Torry takeaway location has closed its doors to customers in order to focus solely on production. This decision comes as the company experiences significant growth and expansion in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
Since opening its first store in the Trinity Centre just last year, Shot ‘N’ Roll has quickly become a favorite spot for locals looking for delicious cinnamon rolls and beverages. The addition of the Victoria Road takeaway earlier this year was a hit among school pupils and residents in the area. However, the company’s need for more production space has led to the closure of the Torry location.
In a recent social media post, Shot ‘N’ Roll announced that the Torry bakery will now be dedicated to production only, with no customer services available. The company explained that relocating the shop front of the Victoria Road bakery to Shiprow Village was the best option to increase the bakery’s floor space by 30% and accommodate further growth.
While it is disappointing that customers can no longer visit the Torry bakery, Shot ‘N’ Roll remains committed to being part of the Torry community. The company has even sponsored the Greyhope School football team’s kits for the upcoming season. Shot ‘N’ Roll expressed gratitude to all those who have supported them in Torry and assured customers that they will continue to be a part of the community.
As Shot ‘N’ Roll continues to expand its operations, the company has not only relocated its Torry bakery for production purposes but also plans to maintain its presence in the community. Customers can look forward to enjoying their favorite cinnamon rolls from other Shot ‘N’ Roll locations while knowing that the company remains committed to giving back to the community that has supported them.
